This service provides a review of a single technical document,  of a report, findings, design, or recommendations coming from Open Text or any 3rd party regarding an Open Text ECM application or solution. This service provides up to 5 hours of time reviewing the document in question, researching any questionable findings, and creating a report containing any new recommendations.

This review will be conducted by Dave Kinchlea, by one of the world's foremost experts in Architecture Security and Performance of Livelink ECM solutions

Please note: The cap of 5 hours of total consultant time is enough to review any complete report, it is assumed any such report worthy of this service should be self-contained and of sufficient detail such that little further research is required. The final report will point out any information that is worthy of questioning (eg: unsubstantiated assumptions, questionable or aged data, inaccurate mathematics or formulas) and, where feasible, provide alternate interpretations, direction to move forward, or advocate with the authors of the document.
